Job Description: Senior CPaaS Sales Manager / Enterprise sales Manager.

Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi (Preference for Local Candidates)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise sales professional with a strong background in the telecom industry to drive our CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) sales. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Marketing and at least 10 years of experience in CPaaS sales, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the CPaaS sector, focusing on services like Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and ChatBot solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and deliver value.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the CPaaS domain.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA in Marketing is highly preferable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CPaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in the telecom industry with in-depth knowledge of CPaaS solutions, including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and ChatBot.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
